| On March 30, 2009, the school principals participating in the Tzamarot program visited Babcom Centers. They were cordially received by Mr. Imad Telhami, Babcom’s co-founder and chairman, and by the Babcom staff, and were highly impressed by the company’s initiative, innovativeness and positive energies.

On March 30, 2009, the school principals participating in the Tzamarot program visited Babcom Centers. They were cordially received by Mr. Imad Telhami, Babcom’s co-founder and chairman, and by the Babcom staff, and were highly impressed by the company’s initiative, innovativeness and positive energies.
After having toured the place in three groups under the guidance of Babcom executives, the participants attended a lecture by Mr. Telhami, about the vision and organizational worldview which form the basis for Babcom’s corporate culture. The school principals were presented with executive concepts, among other things in relation to managing a team of employees in a way that would challenge them to strive for excellence. Babcom Centers’ “getting better every day” concept, presented by Mr. Imad Telhami, was adopted by some of the principals for immediate application in their schools.
Founded by the Lautman Foundation and the Avney Rosha Institute, the Tzamarot Program promotes development, growth and learning by school principals with over four years’ tenure. The program focuses on achieving educational innovation objectives, providing advanced management skills and strategic thinking tools, and developing the critical thinking and professional ethics required for educational leaders.
A significant and integral part of Tzamarot’s curriculum is dedicated to learning sessions with managers of various manufacturing, hi-tech, public service and third sector executives. In it, school principals are exposed to successful models of management and leadership in the educational system and outside it, to leading figures who have managed to carry out significant changes in their organizations and to various inspiring organizational structures.
