Babcom Centers, Ltd. (hereafter, “website management”) respects the privacy of everyone using the Babcom Centers website at www.babcomcenters.com (hereafter, “the website”). The following provisions detail the website’s privacy protection policy. Among other things, they apply to how the website management uses information submitted by website users, or collected thereby in the process of their use of the website.

Submission of Personal Information
The website management has posted an online contact form for the benefit of its users. When completing this form, you will be required to submit personal details, such as your full name, postal address, active email address, and phone number(s). Moreover, you could use it to send files, such as your CV, to the website management. Required filled will be clearly marked as such. Without submitting the data requested in the required fields, you will not be able to complete the form.
Whenever submitting third-party personal information, you are thereby stating that you have received that party’s express agreement to submit such details to the website management.

Website Database
Any data you submit will be saved in the website’s database. You are not legally required to submit any information, but without doing so the company will not be able to contact you.

Automatic Collection of Non-Personal Information
Whenever you access our website, we may automatically collect information about the way you use it. Such information may include, for example, average time spent onsite, pages viewed, and IP address from which you accessed the website. Any use of such data, as well as date submitted when completing the online contact form, will be made strictly in compliance with this Privacy Protection Policy or the provisions of any law, for the purposes enumerated below:
• To allow you to use the website.
• To improve and enhance the services and contents offered on the website, including the development of new services and contents better suited to the requirements and expectations of website users, and to change or terminate existing services and contents. The information used by the website management for this purpose will be mostly of a statistical nature, such that you will not be personally identified.
• From time to time, the website management is entitled to email you information about its services as well as marketing and commercial information – whether information advertised by itself or such received from other advertisers. Such information will be sent to you only if you have given your expressed consent to it while registering or at any other time. Moreover, you will be able to revoke such agreement at any time and stop receiving such information. Be that as it may, the website management will never pass your personal details on to third-party advertisers in order to enable them to email you directly.
• To contact you whenever necessary or in order to analyze or pass statistic information on to third parties. Such information will not identify you personally.
• To ensure the website’s regular operation and continuous development. Information collected for that purpose will never be passed on to third parties, unless otherwise permitted by this Privacy Protection Policy, as it may be revised from time to time.
• Any other purpose, whether detailed in this Privacy Protection Policy or the website’s Terms of Use.
We recommend that you periodically review this Privacy Protection Policy, as it is liable to change from time to time.

Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
The website management will not provide third parties with your personal details or any other information collected about your onsite activity (to the extent that such details and information identify you personally), apart for the following cases:
• To the extent that this may be required for ongoing delivery of website services.
• Should you infringe on the Terms of Use and/or use the website, whether directly or indirectly, to commit illegal acts or attempt to commit such acts.
• Should the website management receive a judicial order instructing it to provide your details or any information about you to a third party.
• In any dispute, claim, demand or legal proceedings, if any, between you and the website management.
• Whenever the website management believes that revealing such information is necessary in order to prevent serious damage to your person or property, or to the person or property of a third party.
• The website management will be entitled to pass your personal details and information collected in the course of your use of the website to other companies or organizations affiliated therewith, so long as they use such information solely subject to the stipulations of this Privacy Protection Policy.
• If the website management reorganizes its own or the website’s operations in a different structure, and if it changes the legal framework of its operations, or merge with another entity or merge the website’s operations with those of a third party, it will be entitled to deliver to such a new corporation or legal entity a copy of the information stored about you in the website or any other statistic information it may have, so long as such corporation or legal entity accept the provisions of this Privacy Protection Policy as they concern you.

Cookies
The website uses “cookies” to ensure its ongoing and regular operation, as well as to collect statistics about website usage, verify information, tailor the website to your personal preferences and for information security purposes. Cookies are text files created by your browser at a command from the website servers. Some of the Cookies will expire when you close down the browser, while others will be saved on your computer’s hard disk. Cookies contain a variety of information, such as the pages you have accessed, session durations, the IP address from which you have accessed the site, website sections and information you have sought during your visits to the website, and more. They may also be used to spare you the need to reenter usernames and passwords each time you revisit website sections that require registration.
If you do not wish to receive cookies, you may avoid that by changing your browser definition. To do so, you may read the “help” file of your browser. Please bear in mind, however, that disabling the cookies may prevent you from using some of the services and features on this website or others. Moreover, you may delete the cookies from your computer whenever you see fit. We advise you to do so only if you are certain that you do not wish the website to be customized to suit your preferences. Since, as already mentioned, cookies may occasionally spare you the need to enter usernames and passwords, do not delete them before making sure that you have written down all the details required to use the site and kept them in a safe place.

Third-Party Advertising
The website management may permit other companies to manage the website’s advertising display scheme. The ads you view when visiting the website (if any) originate from these companies’ computers. In order to manage their ads, such companies post cookies on your computer. These cookies enable them to collect information about how you use the website, for example, ads posted on the website that you have viewed. In this way, they seek to customize the ads presented to suit your preferences.
The use made by such companies of cookies is subject to their own privacy policies and not to this Privacy Protection Policy. If you wish to review the privacy policies of the companies managing the advertising scheme on the website and prevent them from sending cookies to and reading them off your computer, you may do so through their websites.

Information Security
The website management implements information security systems and procedures on the website. While these systems and procedures may minimize the risk of unauthorized penetration of the website management’s servers, they do not provide absolute security. The website management therefore does not guarantee that the services offered on the website are absolutely immune to any unauthorized access to the information stored therein, including information fed in by website users.

The Right to Peruse Information
Under the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, every individual is entitled, whether himself or through a proxy so authorized in writing or through his/her legal guardian, to peruse information pertaining to him/herself that is stored in a database. Having perused such information and found it to be inaccurate, incomplete, unclear or out of date, such a person may contact the database owner and request to correct, amend or delete the data in question. Had the database owner refused to permit access or comply with a request to amend or delete information, the applicant may appeal to a magistrate’s court as stipulated by applicable regulations.
Moreover, should the information contained in the database be used for purposes of personally soliciting you, based on your affiliation to any population group as determined according to one or more attributes of people whose names are included in the database (“solicitation for commercial purposes”), the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, entitles you to submit a written request that such information pertaining to you be deleted from the database. In such a case, the website management will delete any information required for solicitation for commercial purposes as stated above. Please note that deleting such information might prevent you from continuing to receive services from the website. Any information required by the website management to conduct its business – including documentation of commercial and other activities performed by you on the website – will continue to be legally stored by the website management according to law, but will no longer be used to personally solicit you. If you do not receive notification that the information that the website management was requested to delete has in fact been deleted according to the provisions of this paragraph within 30 days, you will be entitled to apply to a magistrate’s court in the manner specified in the applicable regulations having the force of law, in order for it to instruct the website management to act as stated.

Changes to this Privacy Protection Policy
The website management is entitled to change and update the terms of this Privacy Protection Policy from time to time. Any material changes in this policy, in provisions concerning the use of personal information submitted by you, will be notified on the website. We therefore recommend that you periodically review this Privacy Protection Policy.
