Welcome to the Babcom Centers Website (hereafter, “website”). The website operates in the URL www.babcomcenters.com and is managed and operated by Babcom Centers, Ltd., POB 33, Tefen Industrial Park, 24959 (hereafter, “company” or “website management”).
The following terms specify your rights and obligations when using the website. Please read them carefully, since using the website and the contents included therein attests to your acceptance of these terms and constitutes a binding agreement between you and the website management. If you do not agree to these terms, you are kindly requested to avoid using the website.
These terms govern the use of the website and the contents included therein through any computer or other media (such as cellular phone, PDA, etc.). They also govern access to the website, whether through the Internet or any other network or medium.
Wherever the website management’s liability is detailed below, this should also be taken to mean the liability of its employees, executives and those acting on its behalf or in its name.
About the Website
The website provides contents and information about the vision of the company, which establishes a network of customer service excellence centers in peripheral communities in general, and in Arab communities in particular. Among other things, the company wishes to enable Arab women and men to pursue and develop careers as service providers, sales representatives and managers, so as to successfully enter the Israeli and international labor markets. The website is the company’s display window and an important tool for realizing these objectives.
The company seeks to leverage the skills and education of the inhabitants of these communities, together with the unique service tradition of the Arab culture, to create a network of centers to provide top-quality customer services for leading Israeli companies and NGOs.
The website management has exclusive discretion to decide which contents and data will be presented in the website, as well as the duration of their presentation, their location and design and any other matter related to their presentation on the website.
Using the Website
You may use the website and its contents only subjects to the rules set forth below. The website and its contents may not be used in any other manner without the website management’s express, advance written agreement and subject to the terms of this agreement, should it in fact be obtained.
• You may use the website for private, personal purposes only. You may not copy or use, or allow others to copy or use website contents for any other purpose, including, but not limited to other websites, electronic and printed publication designed for other uses, whether commercial or non-commercial, other than personal, private usage.
• You may not operate or allow the operation of any computer application or any other technology, including software such as Crawlers, Robots, etc. in order to search, scan, copy, copy or automatically retrieve website contents. In addition, you may not use such technologies to create a compilation, collection or database containing website contents, including services.
• You may not present website contents within any frame, whether overt or covert.
• You may not present contents from this website in any manner, including through any software, device, accessory or communication protocol which is alters or is liable to alter the design of website contents or removes any content thereof.
• You may not link to the website from any other website that contains pornographic content, or such that promotes racism or unacceptable discrimination, or that is otherwise in contravention of applicable laws or that promotes or incites to illegal activity.
• You may not link to website contents that are not the website’s homepage (“deep linking”), and may not present or publish such contents in any other way, unless the deep link is to a complete webpage in the website and “as is”, so that it could be viewed and used in a manner completely identical to the way it is viewed and used on the website. Relatedly, you are prohibited from linking to website contents independently of the webpages in which they appear on the website. (For example, you may not link directly to an image or a graphic file on the website, but only to the complete webpage in which they appear). Moreover, the webpage’s precise URL must appear in its normally designated location in the user interface; for example, in the user’s browser’s status bar. This URL may not be changed, corrupted, concealed or replaced by any other URL.
The website management is entitled to order you to remove any such deep link as described above at its own exclusive discretion. In such an eventuality, you will remove the deep link immediately and have no claim, demand or action against the website management in this matter.
The website management will not be liable for any damage, loss or injury incurred as a result of any linking to website contents and/or any presentation or publication of such contents in any other way. You are therefore fully and exclusively liable for any linking, presentation or publication contents made by your and hereby undertake to indemnify the website management for any damage incurred thereby.
Contact Form
The website management invites users to contact the company in order to see how they can become part of the team that will establish the Babcom Centers of Excellence in Service. In order to do so, you may use a contact form, which is also designed for communication with customers and receiving candidate CVs and public comments.
When completing the online form, you will be required to submit personal details such as your full name, postal address, active email address, and telephone numbers. You could also send files, such as your CV, to the website management.
You are required to submit only correct, accurate and complete details. Incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete details might make it difficult for us to contact you in the future. Any change of details must be reported by addressing the website management online.
All personal information submitted through the contact form will be saved in the website’s database. Although you are not legally required to submit such information, without it the company will be unable to contact you. The website management hereby undertakes never to use your personal details other than subject to the website’s privacy policy posted on www.babcomcenters.com, which constitutes and integral part of these terms.
You may not send the website management any kind of illegal, sexually explicit, abusive, provocative, hostile, injurious, threatening, rude, racist or perjurious information, and or information that is offensive of public sentiment or that incites criminal conduct, might be a cause for civil action or liability, violates privacy or is otherwise in contravention of applicable Israeli law.

The website management may post links to various webpages, to enable you to locate contents published over the Internet. These contents are not published by the website management or on its behalf, and it therefore does not control or supervise them. The fact that the website is linked to said contents is in no way indicative of the website management’s endorsement of their content nor a guarantee of their reliability, updatedness or legal status, or their owners’ privacy-related practices or any other aspect of their operation. The website management also does not guarantee that links found in its website are valid so that they link to an active website. The website management in entitled to remove links formerly included in the website or to avoid adding new ones – all subject to its absolute discretion.

The website’s contents and services are provided for use “as is”. They cannot be customized to suit the needs of every individual user. You hereby confirm that you have looked over the website and found it appropriate for your requirements and purposes. Indemnification
You hereby undertake to indemnify the website management, its employees, executives or anyone on its behalf for any damage, loss, lost income, payment or expense incurred thereby – including legal and court fees – following any infringement of these Terms of Use.
Website Modifications
The website management is entitled to occasionally modify the website’s structure, appearance or design, the extent or availability of services and contents contained therein, and to charge payment or stop charging payment for such contents and services or others at its discretion, as well as to change any other aspect of the website, all without having to notify you in advance. Such modifications will be carried out, among other things, considering the dynamic nature of the World Wide Web and technological and other developments occurring therein. Naturally, such changes may involve malfunctions or initial inconvenience, etc. Regardless, you will have no claim, demand or action against the website management due to such modifications or consequent malfunctions.
The website management is entitled to suspend the website’s activity from time to time for maintenance, servicing, upgrades and service improvements. The website management will do the best it can to minimize the website’s downtimes.
Without detracting from the above, the website management is entitled to terminate the site’s activity, whether wholly or partially. Whenever possible, the website management will post a notice a reasonable time in advance of any such termination.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
Website usage will be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Israel. The authorized courts in Israel’s Tel Aviv District have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter or dispute arising in relation to these Terms of Use or the website in general.
Assignment of Rights
Had the website management assigned its rights to the website, or any part thereof, to a third party, it would also be entitled to assign its rights – all or part thereof – as provided for in these Terms of Use.
