Our vision is to enable thousands of highly educated men and women of both Arab and Jewish communities in Northern Israel to develop a quality career as professionals, service representatives, sales representatives and executives, and integrate successfully in the Israeli and international labor markets.

Our vision was to ensure a future for the Galilee, particularly for all those excellent people who are unable to find appropriate employment. In Delta, we enabled them to find employment in the textile industry, in keeping with the times. Babcom now allows them to build careers in more contemporary occupations such as services, software, sales, translation or accounting. I am proud to be partner in an enterprise devoted to true coexistence, creating an exciting future for all the inhabitants of the Galilee.



At Babcom Centers, we maximize the high skills and education of local Arab inhabitants by combining it with the Arab service tradition. This way, we deploy a network of centers designed to provide top-notch customer and other professional services for Israeli and international businesses, government authorities, and anyone requiring first-rate services.
