Our vision is to enable thousands of highly educated men and women of both Arab and Jewish communities in Northern Israel to develop a quality career as professionals, service representatives, sales representatives and executives, and integrate successfully in the Israeli and international labor markets.

Our mission is to build ourselves as a locally and internationally leading enterprise. This enterprise will inspire minorities everywhere to believe in themselves and their ability to succeed, and to act assertively to fulfilling their career potential. This way, we will contribute to narrowing societal gaps and expanding coexistence.

At Babcom Centers, we maximize the high skills and education of local Arab inhabitants by combining it with the Arab service tradition. This way, we deploy a network of centers designed to provide top-notch customer and other professional services for Israeli and international businesses, government authorities, and anyone requiring first-rate services.
